About Classic City Chef
A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York City, Chef Wickwire has more than thirty years’ experience in the food industry. He has worked in some of the country’s most elite kitchens, including The Four Season in Palm Beach, FL and Little Nell in Aspen CO. Most recently he was the Executive Sous Chef at the Athens Country Club before leaving to start his own business, Classic City Chef. He has been providing catering and gourmet food services to Athens and the surrounding area for more than sixteen years.
