About Mickey C. Wickwire


A graduate of the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Wickwire has 30 years experience in the food industry. He has worked in some of the finest culinary facilities in the country including The Four Seasons in Palm Beach, Florida, Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado and most recently as executive Sous Chef at the Athens Country Club. He has lived and worked the Athens area for 16 years.
